After years of working with children — Len empowering at-risk kids in New York City through Fathers At Large, and Kristin fighting for justice on behalf of those who needed it most — we saw how powerfully positive messages and role models can influence young hearts and minds. That’s why we created Champagne Cat®: a wise, joyful, and moral character who teaches by example. He shows children how to choose kindness, stand up to negativity, live with courage, and embrace life with a full heart. Through soft tees, heartfelt stories, and songs, Champagne Cat® brings more happiness, moral strength, and love into families every day.
Len Guardino
Len’s love for children has guided his entire life. After serving in the U.S. Army Infantry, he built a successful career in New York commercial real estate, owned an art gallery off Madison Avenue, and co-produced an Off-Broadway production. He also wrote the musical comedy "Just For Love, A Moment In Time," the accompanying lyrics to eight orignal songs, and music. He served as Executive Director of Fathers At Large, a nonprofit that connected successful men with children in need, and served on the boards of several philanthropic organizaitons.
A gifted singer and songwriter often compared to Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and Al Martino, Len has released music that has been praised for its passion and style. He is also the creator of Champagne Cat® and the author of children’s books that teach important life lessons.
Kristin Guardino, J.D.
Kristin spent her legal career fighting for those who couldn’t fight for themselves. She practiced complex civil litigation and family law, and represented children seriously injured by criminal activity. She began her legal career working with legendary attorney Richard “Racehorse” Haynes on civil cases before opening her own firm where she later obtained a landmark $8.9 million jury verdict for a child survivor.
Her experiences taught her the power of moral character, intellect, and the courage to abandon fear. She brings that same strength and compassion to Champagne Cat® as a co-founder and author of Sunshine and the Fear Alarm.
Kristin’s commitment to justice and integrity runs deep in her family. Through her father she is related to the late Louisiana Supreme Court Chief Justice John A. Dixon, Jr., a man of quiet strength and unassailable character who served on the Court for twenty years, the last ten as Chief Justice. In a landmark case that helped protect one of our most fundamental constitutional rights, he wrote as the sole dissenter a single powerful sentence — “All it would take to make this search legal is a warrant.” The United States Supreme Court later quoted those exact words when it reversed the majority's decision, affirming that a search warrant is required to safeguard our freedoms. That same steady devotion to what is right continues to inspire Kristin’s work today.

Together, after successful careers, we founded Champagne Cat Worldwide, LLC in 2019 and converted it to a corporation in 2026. We are a small, family-owned company with roots in New York, Louisiana, and Texas.
